Our hand-rolled Cinnamon Quills are beautifully fragrant and made from young Cinnamon Verum bark (aka Ceylon cinnamon or "true" cinnamon) by Burlap & Barrel's partners in Sri Lanka. They have an enticing, warm flavor that blooms when heated, and you can use a whole quill in place of a standard cinnamon stick.
These quills are perfect for hot beverages, porridge, rice pudding, and savory dishes like braises and stews. Their skinny shape is a mark of incredible skill — each one is hand-rolled and custom-cut to fit in this jar!
